Coaching Option Description

Training as a small group (4-6 players), the coach will deliver drills to improve the collective skills of the group. The group will work together to perform the drills and to push each other both physically, mentally and technically to raise both performance and constancy levels. Training drills are focused on the identified key attributes of the group.
